Pumpkin Bread
Rating: 8 /10 Good one!

Ingredients:

50 ml fresh milk
1 egg
1 tsp salt
30g unsalted butter
2og honey / 2 tbsp brown sugar
150g pumpkin (steamed and mashed)
280g high protein flour (bread flour)
1 tsp yeast

Add after the second kneading when the machine beeps:
2/3 cup raisin

Setting: Menu 1, Light Crust, Small Loaf (700g)

*I ran out of bread flour, so I substituted it with all purpose flour.
