Hokkaido Bread

Ingredients:

125 ml fresh milk
75 ml whipping cream
1 egg
4g salt
40g castor sugar
15g milk powder
270g high protein flour (bread flour)
30g cake flour
5g yeast

Setting: Menu 5 “Sweet”, Medium Crust, Big Loaf (900g)

I didn’t have whipping cream and castor sugar, so I substituted with fresh milk and granulated sugar respectively. Hence, the disappointing result.

*Note to self:
i. Try again when I have ALL the ingredients.
ii. Remember to warm the milk.
iii. Use Light Crust setting?
