Steamed Pumpkin Mantou

125 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp sesame or olive oil
100g pumpkin (steamed and mashed)
300g plain flour
6g yeast

Setting: Menu 8 “Dough”
After removing dough from the pan, cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Then, divide and shape the dough. Cover the tray and leave it in a warm place for another 15-20 minutes or until the dough doubles in size. Steam over high heat for 12-15 minutes.
