Coffee Buns

180 ml fresh milk or water at room temperature
1/2 tsp salt
30g sugar
20g butter at room temperature
1 packet 3-in-1 coffee powder
300g high protein flour (bread flour)
5g yeast

Add after the second kneading when the machine beeps:
2/3 cup raisin

Setting: Menu 8 “Dough”
After removing dough from the pan, cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. After dividing and shaping the dough, cover the tray and leave it in a warm place for 30-40 minutes or until the dough doubles in size. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown, at 190 degree Celsius.
