Sausage Rolls and Cinnamon Rolls

Hong Kong Style Sausage Rolls

125ml fresh milk
5g salt
55g sugar
7g milk powder
30g butter (cut into small pieces, softened)

1 large egg
120g tangzhong
350g bread flour
5-6g instant yeast

5-6 sausages

*Cinnamon filling (from Laura in the Kitchen):

1/3 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
¾ cup of brown sugar
¼ cup of granulated sugar
1 1/2 tbsp of ground cinnamon

Setting: Menu 8 “Dough”
Remove dough from the pan. Cover and let it  rest for 10 minutes. After dividing and shaping the dough, cover the tray and leave it in a warm place for 30-40 minutes or until the dough doubles in size. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown, at 190 degree Celsius.
